Kris' first marriage broke up when his wife found him in a drunken clinch halfway up a ladder with Debbie Harry.

Portrait of a Young Man Drowning - Charles Perry

The powerful novel which was adapted for the screen play of Deborah's film 'Six Ways to Sunday'. The book is every bit as compelling as the film but leads to a very different ending.

Heavy (VHS Pal)

Deborah stars as Delores, a middle aged woman living in a small town who's been around the block a few times. The arrival of a young newcomer to town (Liv Tyler) makes Delores aware of the frustration and loneliness she feels in her own life. A slow moving but enjoyable film. Deborah is unglamorous but heartbreakingly beautiful.

Six Ways To Sunday (DVD Region 2)

Based on Charles Perry's novel 'Portrait of a Young Man Drowning', Debbie stars as the mother of a young man who becomes drawn into a life of crime.
